We ship the package to all over the world. so don’t worry whether we can ship to you country.
We ship from China, return will be waste much money, usually we don’t accept return.
If your pacakge is missed, we will do full refund or reshipping
If your pacakge is broken, we will do refund for all the broken cards or do reshipping
If you miss some cards in the package, we will do refund for the missing cards or do reshipping
If you think the color is not good, you can offer us some side by side picture to show the difference with the original cards, or usually we can’t do refund.
Any package is not the same as what you bought, you can ask exchanges. After we confirm it, we will do reshipping for you.
After you get the package, if you don’t like it, please contact with us firstly before you open a dispute. Usually we will solve the problem for you directly. As the time zone, I may not reply you in time, please give us 24 hours to reply you.
